We are a family of 5 (3 teenagers) and this is our second stay here, we love the location and the facilities suit us well! The rooms are clean and the staff are always helpful and friendly. Natalia Todisco12 days agoL’hotel si trova in una posizione fantastica, a pochi chilometri dall’aeroporto e sulla strada principale di Kuta. Le stanze sono troppo umide infatti i vestiti all’interno delle nostre valigie erano bagnati nonostante la presenza del deumidificatore. Avevamo la stanza vicino alla piscina di cui non abbiamo usufruito. La colazione è internazione ed è una delle più varie che abbia mai fatto, c’era persino il gelato a colazione, ottima la parte salata e la frutta. Ho apprezzato tantissimo assaggiare qualcosa della cucina tipica indonesiana a colazione. Food was fantastic and the experience was worth the money spent. The spa was amazing and so much easier than finding something on the street. Marice Harper18 days agoThis is our second time having been here in 2018. Happy to say that everything seems just the same . In fact that Albert even gave us the same room which was a nice touch. Laden Surianta Did a great job cleaning our room and did beautiful bed decorations and towel animals . It was my wife’s birthday and a lovely flower arrangement also arrived to the room. Alison Marshall23 days agoI hurt my heel (entirely my fault) on the steps leaving the Wharf restaurant and a very kind girl helped me. Her name is Yuni and she brought antiseptic and bandaides. I am so grateful to her and she is a great credit to the resort. I often stop for coffee at Bintang when I walk and have done for many years. I love the service. ume24 days agoクタの街では端っこになりますが空港から近くホテルの周りには徒歩圏 でショッピングモールやレストラン、カフェもあるので便利なホテルです。 部屋は綺麗ですし、レストラン、プール、ビーチ、スパ、ジムなどありホテル でも 実した時間が過ごせます。 家族で4人でプール側バルコニー付きコネクティングルームを予約したのですがアップグレードしてくれて最上階スイートルームにしてくれました‼️感動🥹 朝食はビュッフェ形式で3回頂きましたが、種類も多く毎日異なったものが出ていて満足です。 また帰りの飛行機が深夜便だったので12時チェックアウト後に荷物を預けてスミニャックやレギャンで買い物して空港に行く前にスパのシャワーを使わせて頂けたのでサッパリしてから帰れたの嬉しかったです。 また利用したいホテルです！+15Posted on Google

Leonie Van Viegen28 days agoHeerlijke plek om je vakantie te beginnen. Ruime kamer, groot zwembad en ruim ontbijtbuffet. De afstand naar het centrum is goed te lopen, ook met kinderen van 8, 12 en 14 jaar. Vanuit het centrum kan je ook makkelijk een taxi terug nemen naar het hotel. Aan het strand zijn er geen ligbedden om daar te zitten. Dan is het strand iets verder naar boven beter, ook om te surfen.Posted on Google

Le service est humain et si attentionné. Le personnel est très disponible et toujours prêt à vous aider. Contre toute attente, l'établissement est un havre de paix d'un calme absolu parfaitement préservé de l'agitation des rues animées de Kuta. The hospitality is truly the very best—the staff made us feel so welcome. Breakfast was very good with a great mix of options, and it is definitely worth trying! mark Thompson43 days agoLovely hotel location is ideal short drive from the airport, on the beach . Short walk to shops and eateries can recommend the Wharf great food and excellent value for money, the staff all of them were and are exceptional, your trainees are a future asset for you and great service provided. We've only a minor criticism firstly please provide oat milk at breakfast and cushions on the outside room furniture would be a great gesture. A shout out to the pool team great care and made our stay feel special and to the older server ( no disrespects ) at the covered eating area at the pool he was and is a great ambassador for exceptional customer care apologies don't recall his name a true professional and gentleman. Bintang Bali resort, thank you so much for 2026 holiday it's a long travel time from the United Kingdom but you made it special and absolutely nailed it.Posted on Google

Anugraha Ghale57 days agoI stayed at Bintang Bali Resort for a work conference, so I didn't get to experience it as a typical holiday resort, but I honestly had a really good stay. The hotel definitely has an older feel to it, so if you're expecting a brand-new luxury resort, this isn't that. Personally though, I actually liked it. It has a lot of character, plenty of greenery, and a much more relaxed atmosphere than some of the newer hotels around Kuta. It felt peaceful, and I enjoyed that slower pace. The conference facilities were great too. There were plenty of meeting rooms, everything was well organized, and the staff were always helpful. A huge thank you to the concierge team as well. I had more than 30 packages arriving over about four days, and they handled everything without any issues. They accepted my prepaid deliveries, kept everything safely stored until I could collect them, and made what could have been a stressful situation incredibly easy. I really appreciated how accommodating they were. Overall, if you don't mind a hotel with a bit of age and character, I think this is a great place to stay. This is conscious tourism too to some extend. The service was excellent, the atmosphere was relaxing, and I'd happily stay here again.+5Posted on Google

Rooms and beds really good and included breakfast was amazing. Staff really friendly and grounds and pool area great too. Would definitely stay again. Aida F. Armășoiu80 days agoI absolutely loved it there. The rooms are incredible and the views are absolutely exceptional. You feel like you live in heaven. They take really good care of the gardens every day. You can see squirrels and you can hear the beautiful birds in the morning. It is just an absolute bliss being there. I loved every single second. The only thing I would mention to be aware of is that sometimes it can get noisy but that is with every hotel. You can't control how people behave (we always get that one loud person). If you ring the reception within literally seconds someone will be there and sort it out for you because they really take things very seriously. Exceptional staff.+26Posted on Google

Nurcihan87 days agoGeweldig hotel, je hoeft niet te twijfelen. Dit hotel is schoon, mooi, goed bed en kamer, prachtig zwembad+kindergedeelte, happy hoor, bediening bij de ligbedden. Goed ontbijtbuffet. Waar weinig aandacht aan besteed is, is het strand, maar ook daar zijn ligbedden. De zonsondergang is prachtig!
